Begging is a bad habit for dogs. If you start feeding your dog from the table, you will have a harder time breaking the habit. If your canine begs, say "NO" and ignore him/her. You should continue suppertime talking with family and ignore your dog's begging. After awhile, your dog will get the message that begging gets nothing and will stop.
